BASIC OBEDIENCE:
For basic obedience, nothing beats the classes at Petco. They’re affordable and convenient.

IN-HOME TRAINING:
My friend Melissa offers basic training in your home. Her company is called Moxie Mutts and you can reach her at: 864-431-5725

BOARD & TRAIN:
I personally do not recommend board & train programs. I know they sound appealing with their low price & minimal effort, but I see so many dogs come back from board & train programs, just to lose everything they had learned. I wholeheartedly believe that you, the owner, needs to be an integral part of the training process, whether that’s at a Petco class or with a trainer in your own home.

BEHAVIORAL / AGGRESSION ISSUES:
I cannot recommend Leah Cook with Confident Companions enough! She is one of the few behaviorists in our state, and she specialized in aggression or other unwanted behaviors. She was a godsend in working with me & my coonhound on his resource guarding issues!
